I mBealtaine 2005 cuireadh comhlacht forbartha áitiúil ar bun, Comhlacht Forbartha na nDéise. Nasc an comhlacht, forbairt pobail sa Rinn agus sa Sean Phobal faoi scáth amháin. Tá seachtar ar bhord an chomhlachta, triúr ón Rinn, triúr ón Sean Phobal agus duine neamhspléach ón gComhairle Chontae. Tugann an comhlacht cabhair agus treoir don Áisitheoir Poiblí atá fostaithe ag Meitheal Forbartha na Gaeltachta i nGaeltacht na nDéise. Tugann siad cabhair don Áisitheoir Pobail chun rudaí éagsúla a eagrú agus a rith sa cheantair mar shampla, Dúthaigh Gheal Déise, seoltóireacht, dioscó, grúpa máthair agus leanbh, cúraim iarscoile srl. Chuireann sí Nótaí na Gaeltachta sa pháipéir agus ar an suíomh idirlíon, nuachlitir amach gach trí mhí srl.

An rud is mó atá déanta ag Comhlacht Forbartha na nDéise agus an Áisitheoir Pobail ná staidéar cuimsitheach i nGaeltacht na nDéise i 2006 agus d’fhoilsíodh na torthaí agus an anailís i Meán Fómhair 2007. Bhí an suirbhé bunaithe ar 477 teaghlach - 68.1% ón Rinn agus 31.9% ón Sean Phobal. Líon 96% des na teaghlaigh na ceistneoirí, fuaireadh amach ó na torthaí san cén cineáil forbairt a bhí ag teastáil ag na daoine.

In May 2005 a local development company, Comhlacht Forbartha na nDéise, was founded. The new development organization brought community development in An Rinn and An Sean Phobal under one umbrella. Seven members sit on the bord of the organization, three from An Rinn, three from An Sean Phobal and an independent person from Waterford County Council. The development organization help and direct the work of the development officer that is employed by Meitheal Forbartha na Gaeltachta in the Waterford Gaeltacht. They help the Community Development Officer to organise and run things such as Dúthaigh Geal Déise, sailing, disco’s, mother and toddler groups, after school care etc. She also puts Nótaí na Gaeltachta into the local papers and on the website and a newsletter is printed every three months.

Comprehensive Survey of Gaeltacht na nDéise
The biggest project that Comhlacht Forbartha na nDéise and the Community Development Officer have done to date is that they carried out a comprehensive study in Gaeltacht na nDéise in 2006 and the results and analysis were published in September 2007. The survey was based on 477 households - 68.1% from An Rinn and 31.9% from Sean Phobal. 96% of households completed questionnaires. Therefore it gave an accurate account of the type of development that people wanted.
